Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your booking once with no fee, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before your original booking time. No-Shows: No refunds or reschedules will be provided for no-shows. Cancellations: If you do not contact us to reschedule outside of the 24-hour window, your booking is considered final and non-refundable. This policy ensures flexibility while keeping the simulator available for others.
